The food had sand in it, and the room was cold and small. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either, and there was still stool on the toilet seat. They also didn’t replace the batteries in any of the electric items. 😭🙏❌

We had to add a night so we could take a day trip, but then the manager asked us to cancel our Expedia reservation and said the hotel was full. She made us move to another hotel. Expedia shouldn’t work with such an unprofessional place. The manager was very rude, and this was the worst resort we’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The beach was wavy and full of plastic. We were told that free coffee with the free breakfast was only available at 6am, which was a huge no from us. The place is also near nothing. There are very sad parrots in a cage in the middle of the resort. People hit the cage all day and children taunt them. The birds cling to a rusty cage with their beaks, and their feet and little tongues are rust stained too. A dove, the peace symbol, is in there as well, and the parrots are eating its tail. They get raw corn on the cob each day, with no parrot pellets at all. These birds need to be set free. Maybe management should be locked in that rusty cage until they learn what tourism means. Do not stay at this “resort.” You’ll regret it.

The beach was clean and good, though the place is a bit out of the way. I only stopped for a drink, and the service was excellent.
