We had a very nice stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, and the owner was super friendly.

The room was spacious, pretty, and well kept, with a pleasant porch. Upstairs, the rooftop had flowers and atmospheric lighting. The place is tucked into a little street, just 50 meters from the road by the water. The gentleman who owns it was friendly and helpful, and speaks English really well. Really nice.

It has a Hoi An vibe, and everything was clean and beautiful. The owner was very helpful, and it's only about 3-4 minutes down the alley from the main road.
