I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived the receptionist said there were no rooms available. That was shocking and very unprofessional. The booking process seemed badly coordinated between reception and housekeeping. I saw several guests waiting hours beyond the official check-in time because their rooms weren’t ready, and the receptionist had to call upstairs to push housekeeping to prepare them. I know it was a holiday and the hotel was busy, and maybe they were short-staffed. Still, I’ve traveled in peak season many times and never seen this level of disorganization. It was very disappointing.

They took full payment but didn’t reserve a room for the guests. That’s all, judge for yourself 🙃

The room rates are reasonable, and the place is clean with a lovely view. It’s close to Nova Hotel and to plenty of seafood restaurants.

Right next to Nova, with a sea view, the hotel feels clean and airy. The staff are enthusiastic, and it’s definitely worth a visit. I’ll come back.

The room was nice and fully equipped, with a beautiful view. It’s near the Novaworld entertainment complex, and there’s a spacious parking lot. The staff were polite and enthusiastic.
