The bed was comfortable, the room mostly clean, and the view was great. The road leading to the hotel has plenty of bars and eateries, and the beach is a short walk away. It's extremely cheap, so you get what you pay for. We did find an ant colony in our room, but at that price it wasn't a surprise. A couple of practical things: they keep your passport until checkout, which isn't unusual in Vietnam. Also, the lobby isn't always staffed, so you may need to call or wait around. Bear that in mind if you have a bus, train, or flight to catch.

The view is incredible, and the owner is the best. I spent several weeks here and really enjoyed it. There's lots of delicious food nearby, and the sea is only five minutes away. Sometimes I forgot to close the door and nothing happened. Thanks for a great holiday. I'll definitely come back again and again!

In July, which isn't a busy month in Vietnam, the guest house was empty, so I got a penthouse with a good view. The water pressure there was weak, though, and there was no cold water, only hot. The owner was nowhere to be seen and didn't seem to care much about what was going on.

For the price, it's hard to go wrong. The place is clean, has a nice view, and there's a fridge, bike parking, and towels included. The A/C didn't really work, though, and the water smelled really bad, maybe sulfur or perhaps bad pipes.
