We loved the food, having lunch at the hotel every day for all six nights, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The pool was well cared for, and the shared areas were beautiful and clean. Housekeeping did a great job with our clean room and lovely bathroom. They even lit a mosquito candle for us in the evening, though there weren't many mosquitoes in general. Villa Aria Muine had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Its location gives you access to a private beach looked after by the hotel, but the shore here has “sand whales” to protect it from erosion. There are plenty of good beaches nearby. We recommend little Buddha beach, about 10 minutes away by car, for a local surfing beach experience. We'd definitely return.

The pool and beach area are lovely, and the rooms are okay, though a bit dated. There isn't much English spoken by the staff, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. The breakfast buffet was pretty sparse, and the drinks listed on the menu weren't available. It felt like some attention to detail was missing.

I came back after being here 12 months ago, and the quality has dropped a lot. The pool is still clean and nice, but there's construction next door. The staff don't speak English, the food and drinks are below average, and the linens were stained and washed with scented detergent. This place has changed a lot, from high end to very average.

I spent most of my time by the fantastic pool facing the beach. The resort is full of lovely plants and flowers, and the scenery is relaxing and beautiful. The restaurant is very nice, and the staff are kind and friendly. They really look after you. The rooms are spacious and clean, and every detail feels well thought out. I didn't check out the surroundings much. To be honest, the beach isn't the best, but staying by the pool suited me perfectly.
