The fireworks from our room were such a great surprise, and we even got a complimentary cable car ticket. Fella Hotel was also in a handy spot for exploring the area. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were so polite and quick to help with anything I needed. We had a fantastic stay, highly recommend it.

We had a lovely view from the balcony, which made our stay feel extra special. The hotel was reasonably priced, somewhere between a budget place and an expensive one. I stayed with my family from October 9th to October 12th, 2024, and the night receptionist gave us such a warm welcome. They were kind, polite, and attentive to all of us. It was a memorable trip! 😍

The location in Sunset town was beautiful, even though parts are still being built. Fella has a lovely European style, with seating outside that makes it a nice place to spend time. Trang deserves a special mention for being so welcoming and making sure we were comfortable. Our room was spotless and impressive, and breakfast was the best we had across five weeks of travel. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

When I lost my phone on an island, the reception team gave me helpful advice and went out of their way to help me get it back. We were traveling with an infant and elderly relatives, and the hotel was very accommodating. They even made noodles for us at midnight when we asked for vegan food, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was always clean with a great interior. I had a wonderful stay at Fella Hotel in Phu Quoc and highly recommend it for its caring service.

The only hassle for us was that EFTPOS wasn't working for some reason. Otherwise, the rooms were new, nicely set up, and clean, and the location was great. Breakfasts were amazing, the facilities were good, and they provided premium Korea shampoo and shower gel. I booked one night, then added another, for our family of three rooms.
