La Bonté Boutique Home Phu Quoc

I've stayed in about five hotels in Vietnam, plus visited ones friends were staying at, and this place seemed the best value for the price. What stood out was how kind the employees were. Whenever I asked for help or answers, they helped with every problem instead of ignoring it, and there were no hidden conditions during my stay. The room had steady water pressure and no issues with either hot or cold water. No strange smells, and the linen and towels were always fresh. I'm really grateful I could spend a week here and enjoy every day. Everything was great. I'll recommend it and would be happy to return.

The standard room was pretty good for a couple, and the reception staff were supportive and helpful. The only issue was the bathroom, which is outside the room, although it's private for the people staying in that room. A good choice.

The location is convenient, close to the beach, food court, and more. My room was lovely, clean, and smelled nice. The staff were warm and helpful, and even offered to order me a Grab to the airport. Recommended!

Think twice before booking a Basic room. They may put you in a basement room, with the toilet outside, which compromises privacy. The room itself was below average and very dimly lit. It also felt stuffy, especially concerning if you have breathing problems.
