They gave us lots of useful information about the motorbike trip, and the bikes were excellent. They stored our luggage while we were on the ha giang loop and arranged our bus to and from Hanoi.

The woman was incredibly sweet and speaks English. The motorcycles and mopeds are in excellent condition, and the motorcycle prices are very reasonable. If you book the mopeds, she lets you stay here for free before and after the tour, and can recommend easy riders. We had a legendary experience. I can only recommend her, and wish her all the best for the future. Beer is just 15k, massive.

Hang was kind in every way when we rented a room for one night and a bike for 3 days. She helped us plan our 3 days loop and even prepared takeaway breakfast. A must if you're planning the Ha Giang Loop.

Hang rents motorbikes for the loop and helped me out in many ways. She was really nice and knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. There are free services too, like water bottles and more. I loved my clean private room with a balcony facing the alley, and the location tucked into a small alley was great. Everlast, a very nice and cheap Italian restaurant, is right next to the alley, along with all the other services you'll need. Definitely recommend.

During the trip I lost my luggage, and Hang and Thuong were so supportive. They checked with all their networks to find the bag and get it back to me. Before I set off, Hang had been really helpful, explaining which route to follow and helping me plan where to go. I rented a motorbike from them for the Ha Giang loop. They're absolutely kind and lovely people, and I'd recommend their services to anyone getting started on the trip.
