Lalisa Hotel Grand World Phu Quoc

The owner was wonderful and helped us with tickets, laundry, and car trips to attractions, the beach, and the airport. There’s no lift, and the property has multiple levels, so it unfortunately won’t suit someone who needs a wheelchair. We were lucky to get the first level, with just 13 steps to climb. The location was convenient for our family of five, close to everything, with shops a short walk down the road. We had an amazing stay and hope to come back in the future.

Lalisa is really close to Grand world, just a one minute walk. It has several shophouse-style buildings, and some have elevators while others don’t, so check which one you’re in because you may have to climb the stairs.

The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and varied each morning. There was no cleaning service on our last day because of a staff shortage, but I understood and it didn’t affect my overall stay. Be ready for stairs if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, as there’s no lift. Lalisa Hotel’s location in Phú Quốc is very convenient, between two VinBus terminal stations, making it easy to get around the island. Host Shim and the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend it for the warm hospitality and good value.

Lalisa is in Grandworld, so it’s easy to explore on foot: the bamboo museum is 50 meters away, and the teddy bear and night light show point are 200 meters away. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the amenities complete. The welcome was excellent, and the owner was sweet, kind, answered all our questions, and helped us a lot. They also found us a shuttle to different places for less than Grab, which was very convenient. There’s no elevator and you have to use the stairs, but someone was available to carry our bags up and down. Breakfast is provided, and the coffee was delicious. The price felt more than worth it for this service. If you come to Phu Quoc, don’t miss this place.
