The rooms felt cramped and uncomfortable, and hygiene was poorly maintained. Service was unprofessional, with nobody at reception much of the time, which would be worrying if there were an emergency. Breakfast is advertised as free, but you have to go to another hotel and there are only two or three choices. For this price, better options are available. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Everything was lovely, from the room and staff to the really tasty breakfast. The hotel is close to everything, and they also have a package that includes the cable car. I was happy staying here. Thank you marco hotel❤️

Sunset town is a good location, and the price is reasonable. The rooms were clean and nice, with different types to choose from. Service was mostly pleasant, though it depends on the person and could be a bit more professional. After cleaning, my room was left unlocked.

Nice bedroom decor, a clean bathroom, and all the amenities were there. There's also an elevator for visitors. In 2025, this was the only hotel still offering a free cable car ticket, one ticket per room per night 😆😆
