Milan Hotel Coffee

Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the beef pho was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and fragrant, with a full set of amenities. We had a balcony with sunset and city views, plus some sea views and fireworks from the room. Milan Hotel is well placed for Sunset Town and other destinations around Phu Quoc. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. For a fairly affordable nightly price, the facilities and views felt like a 4 or 5 star hotel. Thanks, Milan Hotel Phu Quoc, we’ll be back.

The two-bedroom Sea View Apartment is simple, clean, and equipped with what you need, including a washing machine and cooking utensils. The view over Kiss Bridge is wonderful, and breakfast at Milan Coffee has tasty options and good variety. The owner was consistently helpful. After we came back tired from Hon Thom Island, we were about to skip the 5 PM Jacky Show, but the owner helped us make it in time. We arranged airport pickup at a fair price. The owner fell asleep by mistake and missed the pickup time, and we couldn’t reach him by phone, so we were flustered at the airport. He did eventually come, and when we asked whether he could provide breakfast as a service, he kindly agreed. We felt bad about the mix-up, and later booked cable car tickets and an island-hopping tour through him. His prices are fixed and reasonable, so there’s no need to spend time searching other sites to save a few dollars. He’ll take care of pickup and drop-off too. KakaoTalk and WhatsApp were both easy ways to communicate. Falling asleep was just a simple mistake, and we found him dependable. We even wound up with an unexpected little memory together at the dark, empty airport. I mention the late pickup to reassure people that, despite the mishap, Milan proved dependable. Don’t let a small misunderstanding disrupt your trip, just trust him.

Stayed in Dec 2025. Really clean and comfortable, with an amazingly friendly team. They even let me use the kitchen and coffee machine at no extra cost. Thank you!

The room was superb, and you can see the fireworks from it. It was the best experience, and I never regretted choosing this place.
