The team at reception made the biggest impression on us. They were incredibly thoughtful and kind, especially Thien, who has our heartfelt thanks. We've traveled to many countries, and in Vietnam we really felt how much service and attitude matter. We'll miss this place and remember it warmly. It's rated three stars, but it felt more like a four- or five-star stay. Our room was spacious, new, spotless, and had a lovely balcony. The mattress, pillows, bedding, and especially the towels were wonderful. There was also a kettle, fridge, and TV, and the compact modern hotel was clearly well cared for. We'd happily recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helped us get a taxi when we couldn't find an online driver for a nearby trip. They called one for us, and even early in the morning they found a driver quickly. The waiting room was comfortable, and both our room and bathroom were clean. There's also a semi-outdoor swimming pool. Our room was really spacious, with a balcony and a good view.

Just five minutes from the airport, and the location was great. The hotel was clean and everyone on staff was so friendly. I had a great stay and would come back again and again. Definitely recommend it.

The room was quite large, and the staff were helpful and clearly cared about the service. It's a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants, but it's easy to call a taxi or Grab to get into town.

The beach was too far to walk to, so we needed to take Grab. There are a few restaurants nearby, and Sunset Hill Restaurant was the best we tried on the whole island, just a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was pretty okay. The staff were friendly, and the place was very clean with daily cleaning. There was a little traffic noise. The TV signal didn't work, and the only bedside lamp was broken. The hotel didn't seem motivated to fix it.
