Long Hải - Oceanami - Impact Villa - Resort and Beach Club

The villas are clean, organized, and fully furnished. They have three bedrooms and four toilets, with spacious rooms and a huge living area. The property also has its own pool, beach, and a restaurant with sea views.

There’s a large swimming pool in the middle of the grounds, and breakfast is served with mainly South Vietnamese and other Asian dishes. Each villa has four rooms, one on the first floor and three on the other floor. The upstairs rooms aren’t very spacious and don’t have separate WCs. Room quality wasn’t satisfactory either. My room had four outdoor units that were uncomfortably noisy, and I also had trouble with the lighting system.

My colleagues and I had a very unpleasant experience at the resort pool during our work trip. We went into the 1.65m section with floaties, but the lifeguard wouldn’t let us use them and insisted we go to the children’s pool if we wanted flotation devices. That made no sense, so I called customer service to ask about the pool rules. They told me there was no such rule. It was just a rule the lifeguard had made up. For a lifeguard to act like that and abuse their authority made the experience awful.

This was the best resort we’ve visited, and the price felt right for the quality. We came as a family and rented a two-story villa for 6 people. Each room had a huge double bed and all the amenities, and our villa also had its own pool. There’s a huge free pool elsewhere on the property too. The grounds are very large, so staff came to pick us up each time and take us to the part we needed. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We’ll come back!
