The stay itself was pleasant, but housekeeping needs to knock before coming into a room. We only had tea cups, so having a coffee mug too would make things more convenient. I'm giving it 3 stars ⭐️

The room was okay, with hot water, air conditioning, and a nice view. Mine smelled like someone had been smoking. I don't blame the hotel, but I think a guest or guests may have smoked in the room or hallway.

I had no trouble with the hot water. There was an electric heater in the bathroom, despite the comments I'd seen about it. The hotel was clean, and the area felt safe. My room on the fifth floor stayed quiet with the windows shut, even though you reach the busy street through some back alleys. There were a few water stains and cobwebs, so if those would bother you, you'd need to pay quite a bit more somewhere else. For the price, I'd happily stay again.

The upper-floor rooms have a great view, and mine was clean and nice. It's in a quiet spot but still an easy walk to restaurants and other activity. Good value, and I'd come back to Pleiku and stay here again.

I really liked this hotel and would recommend it for a night or a few. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I had an amazing view over the city. The staff were lovely and friendly. Right in the city center, with a cafe just outside and food stalls all around. I like Pleiku too. See you soon in Gia Lai... ♥️
