The price was very good, even during the Tet holiday, and the host was friendly. The lobby was neat, with a sofa for guests, and there was plenty of parking. Our clean, convenient twin room had a window with a view from above and all the facilities a family needs. I’d strongly recommend it for anyone spending several days in Pleiku.

The rooms were okay, but getting there by bike was inconvenient because the road was under construction, especially if you care about your suspension. The bigger problem was the price: even though we had a booking through a booking site, they raised it arbitrarily and demanded double. The only staff member was a rude kid, maybe 15, who didn’t speak English and swore at us, calling us “ngoi ngai ngocs” and “damned foreigners.” We seemed to be bothering him and distracting him from whatever he was doing.

I booked an apartment with a beautiful view, and it was worth it. The hotel is new, with a nice view directly toward Ham Rong mountain.
