We had a comfortable bed in a large room with a spacious bathroom. Check-in was easy, and someone showed us to our ground-floor room, which opened onto a beautiful beach view. We spent time sitting outside to enjoy it and walking down to the beach. There are taps for rinsing off sand, plus two pools, one small pool for kids and a regular pool that was nicely heated. Since it was off season, breakfast had to be ordered, though it looks like they serve a buffet when busy. We got a lovely welcome at the resort, and that beach view was a real treat.

The staff were professional, helpful, and very friendly, especially Ngan at reception. The hotel is beautiful and well placed near both town and beach. I'd come back.

The gardens are gorgeous, and it was quiet and peaceful. After the 2022 renovations, this is a lovely hotel in a great spot close to town, so there's no need to order room service like you might at resorts farther out. It's a 15 minute walk to the town centre, and you can follow the beach. The rooms are large, and the sea view is worth paying extra for. There's a lovely breeze, and swimsuits dry quickly!

A classy hotel at a very reasonable price. The location is good, the rooms are large and really clean, and the air conditioning gets properly cold. The staff are very friendly. I really can't fault it.

The place has a lot of potential. It's peaceful, the resort itself is very nice, and the beach is right behind it. The staff were wonderful and helpful. But the beach was a bit dirty, and sewage runs behind the resort. Breakfast was bland with few choices, especially for Western guests. The pool needs some cleaning, and the room could use a thorough clean and touch-up.
