The service was good and the price reasonable. The pool, though, is very small and has no cover.

The hotel service was poor. A regular guest had a booking for six days without prior notice, but staff didn't arrange another room, leaving the guest with nowhere to stay.

Being near the beach made it easy to go for a morning swim. The breakfast buffet had plenty of different dishes, though most were fried or stir-fried. The rooms were okay, but some felt damp and had dead insects scattered around. At times the floors were cracked and peeling, and nobody seemed to care.

The staff were enthusiastic, and parking is plentiful. There are also lots of good breakfast and coffee shops nearby. My compact room had everything I needed. It was a corner room on the 10th floor, with a breezy view from two sides and plenty of room to relax. On February 16th, the price was 650,000 VND without breakfast. The location is convenient for the beach.

It's a nice, cozy hotel, though the room is a little small. The beach is only 500m away, very close. If you find it just right, five stars.
