The room was spacious and very clean, with good furniture and toiletries and no strange smell, which can be hard to find in VN. The owner, "Nữ," was especially helpful and accommodating when we had requests. We found the place on Google Maps and stopped in, then decided to stay after meeting her. It's right in the middle of things, with street food and restaurants all around. There's a Pizza restaurant and Bun Bo restaurant across the street, a local wet market less than a mile away, and the night market one block over. I'll recommend it to my family when they visit Quy Nhon.

I had a great six-night stay, with a very spacious room and a kitchen stocked with what I needed, including a stove and kettle. Cutlery and toiletries were provided too. The couple who run the place were friendly and helpful, and I got along with them through Google Translate. They cleaned my room daily, left two bottles of water each day, and did my laundry for free. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and a good way to save the extra €10/15 you'd spend on a resort room. Their cute kids were around too.

110% great for cyclists :) They did my laundry for free, and within a couple of hours everything I owned was clean and dry. Lovely room and friendly staff :)

I've stayed here many times because it's so comfortable, and I'll keep coming back to support them when I return to Quang Ninh. It's near lots of good restaurants, the town square, and the beach, which I often walk to. The room is lovely, new, spotless, and reasonably priced. The owners are so kind and helpful. When I hadn't had time to buy milk for my baby, they gave me some. They also lent me a motorbike and a baby bathtub, and did my laundry for free.

The full kitchen was great for cooking, and the room itself was super spacious with clean bedding. You can walk to the beach from here. I gave this homestay 1000 points after switching from another hotel 2km away because the quality there was terrible. 😍😍😍
