Sala Quy Nhon Beach Hotel

Phuong was so attentive at breakfast, greeting everyone with a big smile and making sure they had what they needed. Nhu or Nancy, the hotel's concierge, was fantastic too. She helped us find interesting places, took the time to get to know us, and felt like a friend. I wish we'd had more time to connect. The breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh fruit and pastries, eggs cooked just right, and an awesome expresso machine. Our ocean view was beautiful, and the room smelled fresh and was spotless. The bed was firm and comfortable. This was one of the better hotels we've stayed at in Vietnam. Everything felt perfect, a plus plus for the hotel.

We stayed in a Harbour view room with a lot of space, a panoramic window, and a small balcony wrapping around the corner of the hotel. The views over the city and harbour, with a partial sea view, were fantastic. The hotel is new and immaculate, and the staff were very friendly and made sure our stay went smoothly. The Sky bar had good food, cocktails, and wide views. The rooftop pool was small, with five sun beds and plenty of other seating. Breakfast covered local, Asian, and western tastes, and they could prepare specific dishes for guests with allergies or food intolerances. It's in a quiet part of the city, close to the beach, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The place really surpassed our expectations.

The location made getting around easy. The beach and what you need for a vacation in Quy Nhơn are within walking distance, and The Sala is steps from a local market for fruit or laundry. Grab drivers and Google Maps also made trips around town effortless, and there's lots of good local food. The internet was good enough for me to handle business in the U.S. without any problems. My room was too small to work in, though, so I went across the street to the Garden Coffee and Tea or worked in the lobby.

Như at reception made the stay feel special. She welcomed us with a big, warm smile and took care of whatever we needed, treating us like VIPs. The room was modern, spotless, and really comfortable too. I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.
