The location wasn’t great either. The sea is a kilometer away as the crow flies. We booked a deluxe room with a window but were given a small room without one. The bed linen and towels didn’t seem fresh, and the room was dirty. There was limescale all over the bathroom, a tiny sink, and a loose faucet. The shower had no curtain or partition. You can hear everything. When someone in the next room took a bath, it felt like they were bathing in our room. The TV didn’t work and there was no remote. Wi-Fi was weak, and there’s no elevator. Best to avoid this hotel.

The main drawback is that there’s no elevator, though the first and second floors are good options if you book early. The rooms are clean and get cleaned regularly, and Hoa is lovely. It’s close to the city center and two ecological lakes. You can walk to the lake in the morning, with Highlands Coffee right next door, and restaurants and bars nearby too. Good service.
