Y's Sea House Hotel Quy Nhon

After nearly 10 hours on the way from Da Nang to Quy Nhon, we arrived tired and were told there was no room for us, even though we had booked through booking.com. The staff didn't speak English at all. They put me on the phone right away and tried to steer us to their cheap sister hotel far away. We weren't interested. They then wanted us to cancel the booking ourselves, even though there was no free cancellation and the hotel would charge a fee. I wouldn't press the cancellation button because I hadn't cancelled, so I let them do it themselves. Once the booking had finally been cancelled on booking, the room appeared there again for other people to book. It seemed so stupid. We had to find another hotel at the last minute, and everything was expensive and far away. We lost three hours of our holiday, money, and a lot of nerves. Don't come here!

Really nice!

We booked through the app for the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday, and the price was reasonable. Our group arrived at 9 AM, even though check-in was at 2 PM, and the staff were keen to help us get in as early as possible. All three rooms we booked were clean and tidy, with suitable furnishings. They weren't especially spacious, but for the price they were better than we expected. The place also rents motorbikes. When we checked out and returned ours, they kindly let us borrow them for a little longer so we could get lunch. We were very happy with the stay and would come back to Y's if we visit Quy Nhon again.

The room was new and clean, and the price was reasonable. The owner was friendly. I was very satisfied.
