The upstairs rooms aren’t child-friendly. There are no window or balcony safeguards to prevent children from falling.

Breakfast was limited, with no lavish buffet, but all three options tasted great. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The pool looked okay, though I didn’t swim, and there were karaoke rooms. The location was okay, with a supermarket right next door. I’d be happy to stay again.

It’s quite far from Rach Gia city center, but close to Rach Gia Airport and very near Rach Soi market. There’s a big supermarket next door, and the underground parking is free and convenient. The free breakfast was simple but delicious. Cleaning staff were friendly and efficient, though reception weren’t as friendly. The rooms are clean, with basic bathrooms, TV, and cable. There’s also massage on site, a rooftop pool, and a karaoke bar. A good hotel option in Rach Gia.

The staff were amazing and helpful, and even spoke English. The room was clean.

I booked a large double room but got a standard room instead, so I took off a star. At checkout, though, they charged me only the standard rate. I would have given more stars if I’d received the room I originally booked.
