We appreciated the daily fresh towels, basic toiletries, and the spacious room with a balcony. The hotel was clean, close to good tourist spots, and well located. Street noise was the downside, with lots of car honking at times. We were surprised that extra drinking water cost 20,000 VND. It would be better if guests could get free water at the hotel, especially with a dining area available. Overall, it was a good stay.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh local food, fruit, and international choices. Alice at the front desk also made a big difference: she was friendly, helpful, answered our questions, and made check-in easy. I had a fantastic stay at Azure Sapa Hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

The mountain view from my clean, cozy room was beautiful, and breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, also with a lovely view. The location made it easy to walk to the town center, but the hotel was still quiet enough to relax. The staff were so friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. I felt welcome here and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone coming to Sapa.

10/10
The staff were courteous and friendly, and helped with local advice, transport, and tour arrangements. Breakfast had a decent range of choices, and the hotel offered good value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, with large windows for the mountain and valley views and fresh air. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were enough for a relaxing stay. Azure Sapa Hotel is conveniently placed for getting around Sapa while still feeling calm. It's a comfortable option if you want scenic views and warm service.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The heater worked well, though the food was just average and nothing special. It's not far from Sapa Station, but getting to Sapa Square or the station area takes about 10-15 minutes on foot along uphill roads. The return walk to the hotel is downhill. Overall, it was a very good hotel. Thank you. -A-
