Babeeni Family Hotel

We could walk to most things from Babeeni Hotel. Sun Plaza (Sapa Station) was nearby, as were tourist attractions, cafés, Starbucks, convenience stores, and plenty of good restaurants. The street in front was lovely to look at, too. After about four days in Hanoi, we came to Sapa and had been looking forward to this hotel because the photos looked beautiful. It was even prettier than I expected when we arrived. The place was comfortable and very clean, the room was attractive, the facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed watching Netflix at night. Breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A male staff member carried our heavy luggage with ease, and the woman at check-in was kind and welcoming. They clearly explained where to meet the sleeper bus and helped us when we needed a taxi. It was a really pleasant stay. We're very happy we chose this hotel and will definitely return. The beef stew was rich and tender, and went really well with rice. I also liked the simple but tasty tofu in tomato sauce and the fresh, well-cooked garlic vegetables. Service was quick and the place was clean. I was quite satisfied with the meal, and it's a cozy, family-friendly option for Vietnamese food.

The hotel is right in the heart of Sapa, with friendly, helpful staff and great food. The area outside is busy and packed, but inside was peaceful and relaxing. I'd come back.

Getting into our room earlier than expected was a lovely start, especially after arriving on the overnight train. We were also given a junior suite upgrade, which was very sweet. The staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly friendly. The hotel is off the main road and away from most traffic, with lovely mountain views from the room. Its location is excellent. I couldn't recommend it more.
