Daily housekeeping kept the place very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spacious. Everyone at reception and across the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. You can rent bikes or scooters through the hotel too. It’s a real gem in Hoi An, one of the best places I’ve found in Vietnam. Highly recommend it! ☺️

Our family of five had a lovely stay at Phong Phu Villa. It’s in a quiet spot, though still not a short walk from the main sights, nearby cafes, and bakeries. The place was clean, and the staff were very helpful with tips on what to do.

Nhu at reception was especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, and the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating too. It’s right in the center, within walking distance of the Old Town and close to everything. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend booking here.

The rooms were super clean and had all the comfort we needed. Service was professional and helpful, and for the price, this is the best value you can get in Hoi An. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

The beds were really comfortable, the rooms clean, and the location was great. I liked having a separate shower, and the water was cheap. Service was excellent.
