London Sapa Hotel

I asked for a high floor and got the top one. They let me check in early and check out late without charging extra, and the sixth-floor restaurant and breakfast area had an incredible view. It’s near the lake, the staff are very kind, and the massage was amazing too. Ask for thu. I’d definitely recommend it.

Service runs around the clock, though sometimes you have to call a number to get someone to come to reception. The water needs to be heated before you shower, and the busy surroundings brought megaphones and loud people outside that woke us more than once. The curtains also let morning light into the room because they don’t fully cover the windows. Even with those issues, the hotel is nice, reasonably priced, and has nice people. I recommend it.

The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of tasty choices and local dishes alongside international food. My room was cozy and had what I needed for a relaxing night in December. I also enjoyed the mountain views, especially in the early morning. London Sapa Hotel sits right in the heart of Sapa, close to markets, restaurants, and natural sights. From the moment I arrived, the place felt warm and welcoming. The manager was attentive, always available, and keen to make sure I was comfortable. It was a fantastic stay, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable, welcoming place in town.

The room itself was great, but the bathroom floor was pretty dirty. We put one of the small towels down so we could step on it, then at checkout they charged us 150.000 dong because the towel was supposedly “unrecoverable.” That made no sense at all.
