The only small downside was some noise from construction next door, though it’s temporary. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay in a clean room and communication was really good. The owner arranged a scooter and laundry, even at short notice, and was very helpful. Arriving in the middle of the night was no issue. The morning coffee on the terrace was amazing.

Across the river from a lovely little village, it’s a nice area for a bit of exploring. I prefer quiet places over busy city life, so this suited me. We loved sitting outside our bungalow at night, listening to crickets and cicadas and watching glowing bugs over the rice fields. The views were lovely, there was a fish pond, and the place had a family feel. Our beds were big and comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom was beautiful. You can tell the owner takes pride in the business.

The fields and buffaloes make this place a lovely setting for a memorable visit. The scenery is romantic and picturesque, and I’d recommend taking time to explore and experience it.

The price felt very high for what we got. The homestay wasn’t well maintained, the view was narrow, and there was construction nearby. Getting there by car was very inconvenient and hard to figure out. After struggling to reach the place, it didn’t feel worth the effort. When we called the manager for help finding the way, she sent us onto an extremely difficult road with a steep slope. Our car nearly slid off and hit another car. She said it was our problem and that we’d lose our money if we couldn’t get to the homestay. In front of us, she told her friend, “không có khách này thì có khách khác, lo gì”, meaning that if one customer didn’t come, there’d be another and there was nothing to worry about. Her attitude was terrible.
