We stayed two nights and were very happy with the room and service. It was spacious, had a nice view and a great bathroom, and the A/C was strong enough to keep things comfortable. The hotel’s laundry service was quick and efficient, and we were pleased with it. Reception staff were friendly and attentive. They answered our questions and even arranged a special food request for my wife that wasn’t on the menu, which we appreciated. There’s a mini market nearby and an ATM a short walk away. The hotel is right next to Taste of Vietnam restaurant, where we ate twice because it was so good, even though we almost never do that. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to people visiting the area.

We loved having coffee on the balcony as fog rolled down and people danced in the plaza below. Our room had a great view of the plaza, and housekeeping came daily to change everything and refill the freebies. The food was super tasty, and there’s an elevator. It’s kid friendly too. The staff were so accommodating. They shared tips for tourist attractions and moved us to another room without any fuss when we had a problem. The place exceeded our expectations, and it’s close to the centre, attractions, food park, and shops. The only drawback is the uphill walk, about five minutes, though that seems common for hotels here. I’d still choose this one for being nearer the centre. If I return to Sapa, I’ll stay here again. I’ll miss this place.

We really liked the friendly atmosphere, the delicious food, and how lovely and helpful the staff were. Our room looked out over the city centre, which was beautiful by day and at night. There are many important and beautiful places nearby, and we enjoyed walking around the nightlife safely. We stayed for two nights and were very impressed. We highly recommend it. You'll love it.❤️
