The warm welcome from Hoan, the host, and Fein, the concierge, made our stay at Sapa Hills Hotel, Sapa feel special. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. From the balcony, the misty hills were stunning, especially with a cup of coffee in hand. The hotel felt calm, cozy, and well maintained, and the breakfast spread included eggs, sausages, pancakes, juice, and tea or coffee. It seems suited to couples, friends, or families. Every category I rated, from location and cleanliness to hospitality, ambience, view, and value for money, got 5/5. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

I really enjoyed my stay, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Reception and breakfast staff greeted me with a big smile and a calm attitude. My fifth-floor room had an amazing mountain view, plus a big balcony with a table where I could relax after trekking. The AC was strong and had a heating option, which was useful when Sapa got very cold. There’s also a longer-stay option for your room at 50% extra charge for a day, handy if you’re planning a night bus. Thanks for all the help and a great time.

The staff were friendly and could speak English, share information about tours and buses or cabs, and arrange treks. It’s right on the main road, with a 5-10 minute walk into the main town, and free Wi-Fi is provided. Our family of 4 had two adjoining rooms. They were spacious, and the balconies had amazing views. It’s a nice little hotel with breakfast every day.

Once we changed rooms, the stay was amazing. We were first given a room with an air-conditioning problem, so I contacted the owner. He sent a staff member straight away to check it, then offered us a different room with a better AC unit. The room was big enough for our family of 3, including our son, who is 6yo. The window looked out at a beautiful mountain view, breakfast filled us up, and staff spoke English pretty well and checked if we needed anything. I’d stay here again on a future trip to Sapa.

I visited a friend staying at the hotel and got laundry done while I was there. The clothes came back fresh. There are a couple of inexpensive massage places nearby, along with some amazing food spots. I’d recommend it.
