The location was great, near the lake, with a shortcut to the center. The owner, Thinh, is very kind, and the place is simple but really clean. It has hot showers, WiFi, and even a heated mattress, which was heavenly. Breakfast was sumptuous too. I’d definitely go back.

There was no power from the evening until the next day, and I spent the night shivering in 6°C weather. The owner runs the hotel himself, but when I asked about the power, he kept replying, “I don’t know.” The lobby isn’t enclosed, and the owner kept our passports as security in a drawer under the desk that outsiders could access without restrictions. I was supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one because of the power outage. The address was wrong, according to our driver, and it took an hour to find the place. I called the hotel, but no one answered. Dogs barked throughout the night.
