Mr Kim and his staff made the stay special with their warmth. He arranged transport and tours for us and suggested some excellent places to eat. The hotel is conveniently close to the lake, shops and restaurants, and the clean rooms and facilities were comfortable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Mr. Kim arranged tickets for Mt Fansipan and the Glass bridge, and booked a driver for us at the same prices as buying tickets online. At checkout, he asked what he could do better, but we had no feedback because the stay had been such a pleasant surprise. We’ll be back, Mr Kim. May fortune and happiness bless you. His kindness and attentiveness, along with the staff’s, made everything comfortable and convenient. The hotel sits just off the main track, so it’s quiet while still close enough to explore the city, perfecto! Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of vegetarian options.

Kim went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our wonderful stay at Sapa Mountain Queen. The staff were humble, kind and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, cosy and well-maintained, and we loved the feel of the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served with great hospitality. A big thank you to Kim and the whole team for making the visit so special. We highly recommend Sapa Mountain Queen to anyone visiting Sapa.

I stayed at Sapa Mountain Queen House for a day and found the room cozy, with beautiful views. The hospitality was top-notch from the moment I arrived. Complimentary early check-in and late checkout were a pleasant surprise and made things more relaxing. The buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Owner Kim was especially kind and supportive, always ready to help with anything. His warmth made the stay memorable. Highly recommended for a visit to Sapa.

Miss Ling, the receptionist, provided outstanding service and made our stay at Sapa Mountain Queen House memorable. The hotel is only a short walk from the city center, which was very convenient. We had an amazing stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. Thanks to the whole Mountain Queen House team.
