The staff were so kind, and the laundry service was quick and affordable. We had a lovely, clean room with all the amenities we needed, and 24/7 check-in was available. This was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. I can’t recommend it enough.

Ms. Hoa and Mr.Dung at the front desk were especially helpful. When I needed somewhere to rest for two hours before our bus to Hanoi, they arranged it right away with a smile. Every time we asked something or passed the desk, the reception team treated us with real courtesy and respect. The check-in was smooth and professional, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived at SAPA VALLEY VIEW HOTEL. The hotel is beautifully kept, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and peaceful. The reception staff showed genuine care and support throughout our stay. For service like that, I’d highly recommend this place.

We found this hotel after extending our time in Sapa because of the storm, and needing to book somewhere else. The room was clean and had a great mountain view. There’s no elevator, but the staff helped carry our things. The price was very reasonable, and before we left they gave us bottles of water and fruit. Our receptionist was kind and accommodating.

For what we paid, the value was hard to beat. Our balcony room had a fantastic view across the valley, and it was spacious and spotless. After our long bus ride, the staff offered us tea and let us check in early. They were incredibly kind. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

The hotel sits between Moana Sapa and the city center, with good dining options and lovely valley views. On a clear day, you can see Moana Sapa and the Funicular from the room balcony. The hotel staff were very polite.
