SaPa Village Retreat - Dine & Coffee

The meals were a highlight for me. Everything was full of flavor and felt lovingly made, especially the home-style Vietnamese food. The host was welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived, and made me feel like I was being looked after by a friend. At Sapa Village Retreat, the rooms and shared areas were spotless, among the cleanest I’ve seen while traveling. The care put into keeping the place tidy made it comfortable to relax in either my room or the common area. It’s peaceful and away from the noise, with fresh mountain air and a chance to slow down. I’d happily return on my next visit to Sa Pa.

The owner was very accommodating and offers scooter rentals and laundry service, among other things. It’s a lovely homestay with beautiful views over the terraces. Breakfast is simple but delicious.

For quiet and mountain views, this is definitely the place. The rooms are new and very clean, and the owners give you a wonderful welcome in the middle of the mountains. I recommend staying here, they make you feel at home.

We only stopped by for a coffee and a beer on our way to Sa Pa. It’s a beautiful place, and the people were very friendly. I’d book a room here next time.
