The room was spacious, with a great bonus in the balcony, and I loved the funicular view. Breakfast was good too, with two dishes to choose from the menu. The hotel is off the main street but still close, and there are no slopes, so getting around is easy. The insulation isn’t great and it can get quite cold, but they provide a heater. With warm clothes it’s manageable. The puppies there are the cutest and softest! Hahaha

The puppies were one of the sweetest parts of the stay, and breakfast was delicious. Luyen helped us with breakfast too. They even had an iron available, which came in handy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view from both the room and restaurant. Hot water was a big help, since Sapa nights are cold even in summer. There’s a booklet in the room with information on places to go and eat, and the motorcycle rental made our DIY trip cheaper and much easier for exploring. At check-in, Luyen at reception greeted us warmly and made everything smooth. I especially want to commend Luyen (Sabrina). She was kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout, and made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Yen Hotel and can’t wait to return. If I visit Sapa again, I’ll definitely stay here.

Breakfast was delicious, and they even packed food for us when we had an early departure. The location is close to the center but still quiet and relaxing. Our clean, comfortable room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the iconic red train, a unique sight. Staff were friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with whatever we needed. Everything was well organized, and the team went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back to Sapa YEN Boutique Hotel.

The hotel looks simple from outside, but the room, view, and service were lovely. It’s worth every penny. Hoan gave us especially excellent customer service, taking great care of us throughout and making sure we weren’t left without support. When we had trouble communicating with other Vietnamese people, he sometimes helped translate. That wasn’t part of his job, but he went out of his way to make our stay smooth and stress-free. He deserves commendation!

My partner and I loved our stay! The view of the monorail was one of the best, and we really liked the breakfast choices. The room was comfy and so clean, and the complimentary tea bags were a lovely touch. We’re recommending it to everyone we know and will definitely come back 💗
