The Link Farmstay

We had quiet evenings and an amazing view from our private balcony. The meals were very good, and the room amenities made our stay so comfortable. Link was a great host, and we felt comfortable and well looked after the whole time.

The bed warmers were a special touch, and the owners help with whatever you need, from transport and tickets to laundry. It’s a small, sweet family-run hotel with great views and warm, welcoming people. I only hope they fix the pillows, as they felt a little uncomfortable. Everything else was so good.

A great place to switch off and relax. It’s peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the hosts are extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

I was especially touched when the staff helped me with a late departure at 11:30 PM, when finding transport in Sapa is difficult. They immediately helped me get to my shuttle safely and comfortably. I’m sincerely grateful, and hope to return soon. The hotel sits down a small alley, but the quiet and peaceful setting more than made up for that. It was clean, well equipped and beautifully designed, especially for such a reasonable price. The people behind the place made my first Sapa visit remarkable. The hotel is run by members of the H’mong ethnic minority, and their warmth, sincerity and generosity moved me deeply. As a Vietnamese person myself, I felt humbled by their kindness. I admire the H’mong people’s resilience and determination. Many live in remote northwestern mountains where access to education, infrastructure and economic opportunities remains very limited. I also appreciated the hotel’s care for the environment and social responsibility. They use recycled and eco-friendly products to reduce their environmental footprint, and source local handmade goods and agricultural products from H’mong families and other ethnic minority communities. That supports traditional culture and creates meaningful economic opportunities for people in need. It’s a thoughtful way to give back. This experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the H’mong people, their gentleness, strength and quiet dignity.
