The staff made my stay especially enjoyable. They were kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The hotel itself is charming and right in the center, so it’s convenient for hikes and nearby sights. Breakfast was tasty, with two choices, and brought straight to the room in the morning. There’s a pool and a comfortable lounge on the fourth floor too. Thanks so much for the warm hospitality!

The room was roomy, and the heated bed was just right for the weather while we were there. Staff were all so polite and great, and the room was serviced consistently each day. I forgot to get the name of the receptionist, but thank you for packing breakfast for us.

Definitely a five-star stay. The room was clean and nice, and the staff were kind and great with room service. The location is especially good if you can watch the sea of clouds from your room.

Right in the city center, and the room and bathroom were clean. The receptionists were a big help when I got stuck in Sapa for two days because of a landslide. The hotel offered me a free night and did everything they could to assist. Thank you to everyone at Upper House Sapa Hotel for the kind gesture.

The view was perfect, and breakfast was delicious. I had pancakes and a sandwich with tea and coffee. The pool was a letdown, though. It was much smaller than I expected and didn’t look like the pictures.
