Tiger Sapa Hotel

The owner’s kindness made our stay truly special. From the start, he took time to help plan our itinerary and offered useful suggestions so we could make the most of our trip. When we struggled to book a ride around Sapa, he personally went out to find one for us. Before we headed back to Hanoi, he even prepared snacks for the journey. We really appreciated that care. The hotel also had a nice view, clean, budget-friendly rooms, and a great location. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay with a host who really cares about guests.

We only had one night here and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The room was comfortable, had every facility we needed, and looked beautiful even through the fog. We appreciated seeing fire alarms in the room and around the building, since this was the first hotel we’d stayed at in Southeast Asia with them. We arrived very early from a sleeper train, and the host ran to open the doors, carried our bags, and welcomed us with lovely tea and sweets. She let us leave our luggage until check-in, and again after checkout. When we collected it late that night, they gave us water and snacks for the journey. They also arranged transfers to and from the stations at very good prices. Tour services were available too, though we didn’t use them. Every staff member was kind, polite, chatty, and clearly cared about guests being happy. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Ate Mai and her husband were so accommodating, and the customer service was top tier. We asked where to get flowers and a cake, and she offered to order and buy them while she was going to pick up her son. She called so we could choose the flowers, then arranged everything so we could surprise our friend as soon as we opened the door. She also suggested lots of places to eat and shared her honest take on whether the food was good or if we should just order a drink. We went to a Korean BBQ place and were very satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room had a fantastic view, the best part of my stay. Tiger Sapa Hotel is simple, but the hospitality is top-notch and it’s great value. Staff helped me plan each day and even booked a motorbike for me. The location is central, with shops, restaurants, and local attractions all within walking distance. Highly recommend it.
