They even helped us check in after we got our booking dates mixed up, which was so kind. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were bright and clean. The grounds were neat, with lots of trees and flowers, plus a sweet, friendly cat. The hotel is in a lovely bay between mountains, and breakfast had lots of choices, all delicious.

We picked this resort for the end of our Qui Nhon trip and had a great time. The beach was lovely and relaxing, and our balcony room looked out across the ocean and sunrise. The manager and front desk woman were both very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. More people should know about this place!

The room was spacious, and the grounds were mostly well kept. It was peaceful and quiet, with a lovely balcony, though there were no chairs at first. After we were told some would be brought, we had to chase it up by phone and in person before we got them. We had a couple of very nice dinners, served fresh and hot. Breakfast was disappointing. By 8:30 it was all cold and looked dried out, with the same options each day plus cold leftovers from the previous night. The coffee was terrible. Towels for the pool were old, grubby off-white bath towels, and hard to track down. Trash was scattered along the sand, then when picked up, tossed under the decking. The pool hadn't been cleaned in our five days there, and I couldn't see any chemicals. The small gym had just one barbell and weights, and its cardio machines were broken or had no cords. The listing mentioned turn-down service, executive lounge access, bathrobes, and slippers, but none were available. The hotel is 20 minutes from the city, which has its pros and cons. Since bringing food or drinks onto the property could mean a fine, we had to go into town for decent coffee and snacks. The photos look good from a distance, but our stay was a letdown.

Ny, our booking contact, was outstanding, even though we never met her in person. After checkout, our bus to the next city failed to show at 5:00am. We were alone with our luggage on a dirty road, and technically weren't hotel guests anymore. Ny called bus companies and went out of her way to find us an affordable, comfortable private car for the seven-hour trip to Da Lat, all before her shift began at 6:00am while she was still at home. She later tried hard to help us get a refund for the bus tickets, too. Thanks to Ny, that major problem caused by another company didn't spoil what had already been a great time in Quy Nhon. Her care after we'd checked out left us deeply impressed. Truly outstanding ✨💪👌
