The neighborhood looked a bit run down, but I never felt unsafe, and the Holy See was an easy walk away. My room cost under $10 on weekdays and just over $10 on the weekend. You can also rent by the hour. It had a fan and AC, warm shower water, and complimentary water bottles. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The couple who run the place are SUPER kind. They rented me their motorbike for a VERY reasonable price, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me work out which bus to take to Cambodia. Awesome people!!! Xin cam on!

It's handy being close to a supermarket, and the room itself is large and comfortable, with a refrigerator. The price felt a little high, and I would have liked some kind of rack to hang clothes on. It also got a bit noisy when some guests rode their motorcycles into the hallway and parked there. That setup seemed strange.
