We spent two nights in a double room. The staff were efficient, and the room was comfortable and fairly clean, with a kettle, TV, fridge, and AC. The shower was possibly the best I had in Vietnam during my previous eight weeks there. I’d stay again.

The staff didn't seem very approachable and rarely greeted guests, maybe that's a leftover from COVID. People were smoking on the ground floor beside reception, and the hotel feels out of the way. Housekeeping knocked and called out about cleaning even though there was no Do Not Disturb or Make Up Room tag to use. That felt well below normal hospitality standards.

Your kindness says a lot about how well you understand and respect your clients, and how much you care about them and your business. Thanks so much for all your help. You're definitely heading in the right direction. Kindness matters more than anything.

I stayed two nights for work, and the hotel met my expectations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and downtown was close by. The staff were friendly too. I only wish the window opened a little wider.
