The seafood restaurant was a pleasant surprise, and room service was really good while we were there. There weren’t many staff around, but they were enthusiastic and even offered us coconut water, which left us feeling well looked after. The rest of the food was subpar, though springtime’s lack of visitors may have played a part. For such a secluded resort, the experience was decent. If the distance is fine for you and you’re looking for a fairly affordable stay in Quang Ngai, I’d recommend checking it out.

I booked Cocoland with my credit card in April 2026, then realized it wasn’t near the city centre. I called back within five minutes, but management refused to refund me. The treatment felt unfair, and I found the staff discourteous and not customer oriented. A big rip-off.

This is a riverside resort, so don’t expect to see the beach. It’s quiet, the room was clean, and the air was fresh. The city isn’t too far away. I found the place good enough and would come back. I’d recommend it if the price isn’t an issue.

It may not be newly built, but it’s clean, and the staff are helpful. For what you pay, it’s very good value.

I got a nice welcome drink and the service was good at first. The room, though, wasn’t very clean, and despite the hotel’s high quality, everything felt old. Extras like breakfast, laundry, and the Minibar also cost quite a lot. Could be better.
