HAKU Boutique Hotel Tuy Hoa

The breakfast service was a joke. The staff member was lazy and buried in their phone, first refusing to give us a table nearer the light because it was 5 m from their usual lazy spot. We took it anyway, then had to ask for cutlery, salt, and finally coffee, as if they were taking revenge. The toilet and several lights were broken, as they often are in Asia. The hotel has three floors, but there's only a small, empty balcony on the top floor, which takes away from the room's size. There's no day curtain, and the East side faces a noisy street just a few meters away, where drunk people yell practically all night. To make things worse, the balcony's glass door is semi-transparent, so the night curtains on the window don't help at all. In short, move on.

The room was cozy and the price was good. The market is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach takes 15 minutes on foot. Room service was a little sloppy, like when they missed the tea bags, but they brought them quickly after I complained to reception. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

The room was clean and had all the essentials. Service was okay. You get what you pay for, and it's good value for money.

The room is very large and the price is affordable. I'd highly recommend it for families.
