The price was good, but breakfast service was awful. My family waited 30 minutes while guests who came in after us were served first.

A woman who works there spoke English and was so nice and helpful. Because of her, I wanted to recommend the hotel to friends. But someone took my small hand fan, which is an unusual one. Only the cleaning person was in my room. The staff weren’t professional, and I feel so sad that my fan was taken.

Everything is in very good condition since the hotel is newly built. The location and room were nice, the service was good, and the price suited the hotel’s size and service quality. The staff were lovely, enthusiastic, and friendly.

The place looked even better than the pictures, and the materials used throughout were really nice. Breakfast was good too. I loved this beautiful hotel and its wonderful service, and would definitely recommend it 😊
