The breakfast was a huge letdown. The buffet shown on Booking.com wasn’t there at all, and we were offered two choices that were completely inedible. The room was large, but the inside of the windows was dirty, the blind was damaged, and so were the bedside drawers. I’d expected much more after seeing how nice the hotel looked online. From what I saw, it seemed to be on the brink of closing. If you’re thinking of booking, think again.

Our last-minute booking had to be cancelled because of a typhoon and we couldn’t make it to the hotel. The staff understood and helped refund the payment. We really appreciate that, and hope to stay there when we get the chance. We’ll recommend it to our friends and customers too. The staff were polite and courteous over the phone, and the customer service was very supportive. Thank you to Ms Nhan in the sales department and the guest relations officers.

We had a really good time and a lovely experience here. The rooms and surroundings were clean, the people were welcoming and friendly, and there was lots of good food, including plenty of seafood to choose from. Hope to come back soon.

The location is so good and the hotel is nice. On regular days when there aren’t many guests, though, you can only order two dishes for breakfast.

The rooftop has good views. The hotel sits quietly by the river mouth, oddly away from town, perhaps anticipating an industrial and tourist boom. It feels like another business hotel in a strangely quiet spot. I got a decent dose of the runs from one of the restaurants by the water, though it wasn’t the hotel.
