The location was great, in a very nice area and within walking distance of whatever you might need. It was very good value for the money, and I’d highly recommend it. I booked through zalo using translation, and the replies were quick, professional, polite, and answered all my questions. They let me check in early without any problem, and check-in itself was quick and efficient. I was traveling by bicycle and could park it securely in the lobby. The room was clean and had a fridge, TV, kettle, AC, wardrobe hangers, and a bedside table. It was small and a bit cramped, but for that price I didn’t expect a big room, so I didn’t take off a star for that. I did deduct one star because there was too much furniture for such a small space. The big wardrobe didn’t seem necessary, wall hooks would have been fine, and the electrical outlets weren’t conveniently placed for charging devices or using the kettle.

We had a balcony room and parked our motorcycle in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked well, and the hotel had fast WiFi. The staff couldn’t speak English, but that wasn’t a problem.

This is a basic hotel. We agreed on a three-night stay from Wednesday to Saturday, but had to leave on Thursday because they’d booked our rooms for tourists staying the whole weekend. That’s okay, but don’t make a room deal if you don’t have rooms available. All the rooms are smoking rooms, and the smell wasn’t good. There was dust everywhere, and the place needed a lot more cleaning.

We stayed four nights. The room was large and clean, and good for the price.

I’d been staying here for more than a month when the hotel made me leave my room to give it to another guest. I asked the woman at reception to help me move my things, but she yelled at me and said I had to wait. I waited an hour while she kept eating lunch in front of me.
