Getting around was easy, with public transport just around the corner, and the water park only a five-minute walk away. Venice Grand World was a few minutes across the way, with cafes and restaurants, plus lights, fireworks, and music on some nights. I had a lovely, safe stay and would recommend this place. 10+++ stars! It was my first time checking in by myself, but the owner clearly explained the process in our chat. Since it was also my first visit to Hanoi, he arranged a pickup and told me the cost. He was always helpful and stayed in touch whenever I had questions, including about the heater and breakfast. He suggested places nearby and even spoke with them to explain what was available. He also explained how to use public transport, and he and his son helped me figure out where to exchange money. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The owner regularly asked whether I wanted it cleaned or needed anything, like towels. He even offered the washing machine, though I later saw the big sign saying the fifth floor was off limits because it was for family use. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Sorry this review is late, I didn't know how to write one before.

The place was new, clean, and comfortable, and getting to the GD concert venue was an easy short walk. There wasn't any staff on site, but the owner replied quickly online and was helpful. I stayed for two nights for the concert.

For two nights at the G-Dragon concert, I stayed in a room for four and was pretty satisfied. The hotel is new and clean, and it took about five minutes to walk to the concert check-in area. There are lots of restaurants nearby, with food around 70k per portion and decent taste. For a better meal, you can take the tram to Vincom OCP1. It costs about 20k per person, and there are plenty of cars running, so it's convenient. The hotel has only just opened and doesn't have staff around regularly, so I had to sort out a few essentials that hadn't been replenished. There was no fridge or instant noodles in the room like some other places have, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, despite those small hassles, I had a good experience. If I come back for an event in this area, I'd choose Maison again.
