Onsen Landmark Luxury Apartments

I’m really annoyed with this homestay. They treated me like my booking didn’t matter, even though I booked through Agoda a month ahead for a concert and mentioned carefully by Zalo that I’d be bringing my 2-year-old. The homestay said that was fine and didn’t mention a deposit. My booking was confirmed, and I never got a message saying there were no rooms or that someone else had paid a deposit. Then, exactly four days before the date, they told me to cancel because another guest had contacted them and paid in full. They offered to move me to a different room, but later didn’t follow through on what they’d said in the Zalo message. With the concert so close, it’s now hard to find a room, and anything available costs much more. They’ve disrespected customers who book through the app.
