The owners made us feel like they were doing us a favor, even though we were paying guests. Agoda showed check-in at 12, but she wouldn't let us in until 2, and she spoke as if she didn't need guests. The service was awful. It was a horrible experience, and I won't come back.

So disappointing. The young man at the desk wearing big silver chains was awful at customer service.
