The owner cancelled our booking the day before we were due to arrive, during the Tet holiday. I had booked two months ahead because I knew prices would skyrocket, and the owner offered no compensation. They wanted to move us to another accommodation they also own, but it was in a completely different location. I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hoa was so kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. We slept comfortably on cozy mattresses in the air-conditioned room, and the pool was a lovely extra. The only little snag was the curtain let some outside light through, so sleeping was a bit harder. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

We’ve already brought friends and family here, and we’re planning to return next year. It’s a quiet spot away from the road, with an elegant feel inside and out. The rooms are roomy and very clean. Breakfast gets a little repetitive, though it’s still delicious. There are bikes for riding to the beach, about 15 minutes away, or exploring Hoi An.

Such a quiet place to stay, and the rooms were really clean. The staff were fantastic too. A real gem.

A lovely quiet escape from all the traffic and noise. The rooms were beautiful and really spacious, with an ensuite in every bedroom. And there’s a private pool too!
