The staff were a real highlight, always smiling, helpful, and ready with good recommendations. Check-in was fast, and they welcomed us with a complimentary drink. We stayed one night in March and were very happy with it. The room was on the small side, but had what we needed: a mini-fridge, safe, reliable Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It was spotless, and we could open the windows. The bed was quite firm, which may not suit everyone. Breakfast was included, with several tasty à la carte options. There was also free coffee, tea, and bananas in the lobby around the clock. The hotel has been open for years, but looks almost new and is very well maintained. Thanks to the whole team, and congratulations on the great work. I'd recommend staying here.

Breakfast was my favorite part. You can order as much as you like, and they cook each dish to order, so it arrives fresh and tasty. The hotel is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were very accommodating. They gave us a printed map and talked through places to visit nearby. It's down a narrow street where cars sometimes can't get through, and the Imperial City is about a 2-3 km walk away.

The staff were probably the best I met in Vietnam, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. After we got paint on our shorts, they let us clean them, and on checkout day they even let us shower before our overnight train. Bananas, tea, coffee, and water are free during the stay. The location is great, close to everything. The hotel street stays quiet even with lots of drivers on the neighboring streets.

Breakfast was delicious, with a generous range of options. The rooms were exactly like the pictures, spotless, and really spacious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was excellent, and we'd happily come back.

We used this comfortable place as a base for visiting the Imperial City and some of the tombs. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and spas nearby. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. When I mentioned that I eat vegan, they arranged an incredible vegan breakfast for me.
